Constmach has successfully installed its Mobile 100 concrete batching plant in Burdur, Turkey, and production has now begun. Supplied for the Burdur/Bucak City Council, this high-capacity mobile plant brings efficient, reliable concrete production to support the region's growing construction and infrastructure needs.

High-Capacity Mobile Production

With a formidable 100 m³/h production capacity, the Mobile 100 is well equipped to support a wide range of construction projects across the region. Producing concrete on site at this volume gives the city council full control over supply, quality and timing, helping to keep public works and infrastructure projects on schedule and reducing reliance on external suppliers.

Efficient Twin-Shaft Mixing

At the heart of the plant is a 2 m³ twin-shaft mixer, ensuring efficient, homogeneous mixing that caters to a wide range of project needs. The twin-shaft design delivers intensive mixing in short cycles, producing consistent, high-quality concrete batch after batch — essential for the durability and reliability of public infrastructure works.

Streamlined Material Feeding

The plant incorporates a prefeeding system that keeps the mixer fed smoothly and continuously, underscoring a commitment to seamless operations and enhanced productivity. Efficient material handling reduces downtime and helps the plant maintain its rated output during long working shifts, supporting steady, dependable production for the council's projects.

Mobility and Practical Deployment

Weighing around 30 tonnes, the Mobile 100 offers genuine flexibility and agility, enabling it to be moved between sites within the city council's jurisdiction as work requires. The plant's total motor power of around 125 kW ensures reliable mixing and delivery of high-quality concrete, while its energy-conscious design keeps consumption in check — requiring only about 250 kVA from a generator. This efficiency makes the Mobile 100 practical to run even on sites without a strong grid connection, supporting sustainable, cost-effective operation.
