In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), individuals defined as data subjects ("Hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") have the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data, as stipulated in Article 11 of the KVKK.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK; applications to our institution, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board").

In this context, "written" applications to our institution can be made by obtaining the output of this form;

• By being signed with a "secure electronic signature" defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the Company's registered email address via e-mail, specifying the "Request for Information within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data."

Additionally, after the methods determined by the Board are announced, the procedures for receiving applications through these methods will be announced by our institution. Your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK.
