CONSTMACH produces mobile sand making plants in various types and sizes. In fact, the configuration of our mobile sand making plants is not significantly different from that of our other mobile crushing plants. The reason this product category is referred to as "mobile sand making plant" is that the crushers in the plant are either vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushers or tertiary impact crushers. Often, CONSTMACH mobile sand making plants are used when a high amount of fine material is required. In other words, if more than 50% of the total production needs fine fractions of 0-4 mm or similar sizes, our mobile sand making plants will be the right choice.

CONSTMACH mobile (portable) sand making plants can be equipped with VSI or tertiary impact crushers. The capacities of mobile sand makers are defined based on the size of the crusher within the plant. Other configuration elements such as the feeding bunker, vibrating screen, and conveyors are selected according to the size of the pre-chosen crusher. Using the V-90 or T-150 models, it is possible to achieve a capacity of up to 250 tons per hour.

The “V” series mobile sand making plants include vertical shaft impact crushers, while the “T” series always includes tertiary impact crushers. Both series have similar advanced features resulting from years of extensive engineering and R&D efforts by CONSTMACH engineers. The advantage of the “V” series is its better cubic shape and higher sand ratio. On the other hand, the “T” series offers the opportunity to feed larger stones, such as 150 mm.
