Constmach has taken its Mobile 60 mobile concrete plant into operation for a customer in Hungary — the sixth Constmach concrete plant installed in the country. This continued success underlines the strong, lasting relationship the company has built with Hungarian contractors and their confidence in its production technology.

A Sixth Plant in Hungary

Reaching a sixth installation in Hungary is a clear sign of sustained customer trust. Each successful project reinforces Constmach's reputation in the market and makes the next decision easier for contractors who value proven, dependable equipment. Hungary has become an important market for the company in Central Europe, supported by reliable local service.

Efficient Mid-Capacity Output

With its 60 m³/h class capacity, the Mobile 60 is well matched to medium-scale building and infrastructure work. It provides meaningful output without the footprint or investment of a larger plant, making it an efficient, cost-effective choice. Its mobility lets the operator move the plant between projects as required, maximising its productive use.

High-Quality Twin-Shaft Mixing

The plant is built around a 1500/1000 CTS-1 twin-shaft mixer, delivering intensive, homogeneous mixing and consistent concrete quality. The twin-shaft design is valued for its durability and thorough mixing action, ensuring the plant produces concrete to specification batch after batch, even under continuous operation.

Reliable Cement Storage and Feeding

Cement supply is handled by a 50-tonne cement silo, while an aggregate prefeeding system streamlines material handling and keeps the mixer fed efficiently. Together these systems support smooth, continuous operation, helping the customer maintain steady output during high-volume work without interruptions.

Installed, Tested and Handed Over

Constmach completed the project as a full turnkey delivery: the plant was installed, trial production was carried out, and the customer's operator was trained to run it properly. This careful commissioning ensures the Mobile 60 performs to specification from the first batch and that the team can maintain quality and output independently.

A Trusted Partner in Central Europe

With six plants now operating in Hungary, Constmach has firmly established itself as a dependable partner for the country's construction sector. The company manages each project end to end and supports it throughout its working life. Constmach wishes its client a successful business and looks forward to supporting further projects in Hungary.

A Trusted Choice in Hungary

Reaching this many installations in Hungary is no accident; it reflects the reliability and consistent results that have made Constmach a trusted name in the country. For the customer, choosing a proven plant backed by established local support reduces risk and ensures dependable operation. The Mobile 60's blend of useful capacity, quality mixing and full mobility makes it a versatile workhorse, ready to move between projects and deliver reliable concrete wherever the customer's work takes it.

What Are the Components of an Asphalt Plant? What Do They Do?

An asphalt plant consists of cold feed bins that dose the aggregate, a burner-fired drying drum that dries and heats it, a hot elevator and screen that lift and separate the hot material, weigh hoppers and a twin-shaft mixer that blend it with bitumen and mineral filler, heated bitumen tanks and a filler silo that supply those binders, a baghouse that captures dust, a storage silo that holds the finished mix, and a control cabin that manages the whole plant.

What Is an Asphalt Plant? How Does It Work Step by Step?

An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that dries and heats aggregates, then blends them with bitumen and mineral filler in precise proportions to produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). The process runs step by step: cold feed dosing, drying in a burner-fired drum, screening and weighing, mixing, and finally storage or truck load-out. Mixing takes place at roughly 140-180°C, and plants are built as batch (discrete) or drum (continuous) types.
