Constmach has taken its Mobile 30 concrete batching plant into operation for a customer in Bulgaria, marking another step in the company's expansion across South-East Europe. Equipped with a 750/500 single-shaft mixer and a 27-tonne internal-type cement silo, the plant has been installed, trial production has been completed, and the customer's operator has been trained to run it correctly.

Mobile Design for Bulgarian Sites

The Mobile 30 brings the essentials of a batching plant together in a mobile, space-saving unit that can be installed quickly and relocated as needed. For the Bulgarian market, where contractors value flexibility and efficient use of site space, this mobility is a clear advantage. The plant can be set up with minimal preparation and moved between projects as work progresses.

750/500 Single-Shaft Mixer

At the heart of the plant is a 750/500 single-shaft mixer, a dependable choice for consistent concrete production. Single-shaft mixers deliver reliable, thorough mixing across a wide range of concrete types, producing uniform batches suited to general construction work. This gives the customer in Bulgaria confidence that the plant will meet the quality standards expected on local projects.

27-Tonne Internal-Type Cement Silo

The plant is fitted with one set of 27-tonne capacity internal-type cement silo, providing on-site storage for continuous production. The internal configuration keeps the silo integrated within the plant footprint, supporting the unit's compact, mobile character. Sufficient cement capacity allows the operator to keep production running smoothly without frequent resupply during the working day.

Installed and Tested on Site

The Mobile 30 has been fully installed and put through trial production at the customer's site. Carrying out a trial run confirms that the plant operates correctly and is ready for productive use, giving the customer assurance from the outset. This thorough commissioning process is part of Constmach's commitment to delivering equipment that is ready to perform on day one.

Operator Training Completed

As part of the commissioning, the customer's operator has been trained to use the plant properly. Hands-on training ensures the team can run the Mobile 30 safely and efficiently, getting the most from its features and maintaining consistent quality. This support helps the customer operate the plant with confidence from the start.

Strengthening Constmach in Bulgaria

This commissioning reflects Constmach's growing presence in South-East Europe and its commitment to delivering dependable, well-supported plants to customers across the region. From installation and trial production through to operator training, the handover gives the customer a plant that is ready to perform from the outset. Backed by the company's engineering and after-sales service, the Mobile 30 is set to serve the Bulgarian customer reliably for years to come.

What Are the Components of an Asphalt Plant? What Do They Do?

An asphalt plant consists of cold feed bins that dose the aggregate, a burner-fired drying drum that dries and heats it, a hot elevator and screen that lift and separate the hot material, weigh hoppers and a twin-shaft mixer that blend it with bitumen and mineral filler, heated bitumen tanks and a filler silo that supply those binders, a baghouse that captures dust, a storage silo that holds the finished mix, and a control cabin that manages the whole plant.

What Is an Asphalt Plant? How Does It Work Step by Step?

An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that dries and heats aggregates, then blends them with bitumen and mineral filler in precise proportions to produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). The process runs step by step: cold feed dosing, drying in a burner-fired drum, screening and weighing, mixing, and finally storage or truck load-out. Mixing takes place at roughly 140-180°C, and plants are built as batch (discrete) or drum (continuous) types.
