CONSTMACH Mobile 120 Concrete Plant Commissioned in Hungary

AuthorConstmachPublishedJuly 29, 2019Constmach has taken its Mobile 120 mobile-type concrete plant into operation for a customer in Hungary — the fifth Constmach concrete plant commissioned in the country, with another installation already planned. This high-capacity plant brings serious production power to the Hungarian market in a flexible, transportable form.
High-Capacity Mobile Production
The Mobile 120 delivers the output of a large batching plant while retaining the flexibility of a mobile system. This allows the customer to produce substantial volumes of concrete directly on site, avoiding the cost and delay of external supply and gaining full control over quality and timing. For demanding Hungarian projects, this capability is a clear advantage.
A Fifth Plant in Hungary
Reaching a fifth commissioned plant in Hungary, with more to come, reflects deep customer confidence in Constmach technology. Each successful installation strengthens the company's reference base and demonstrates the consistent results customers achieve with its equipment. Hungary remains a key and growing market for Constmach in Central Europe.
High-Capacity Twin-Shaft Mixing
The plant features a 4,500/3,000-litre CTS-3 twin-shaft mixer, a high-capacity unit that produces large, uniform batches with each cycle. The twin-shaft configuration is known for its intensive mixing action and durability, ensuring consistent, high-quality concrete even under continuous, heavy-duty operation on busy sites.
Generous Cement Storage
Cement supply is handled by three cement silos of 100 tonnes each, providing substantial on-site storage for uninterrupted, high-volume production. This generous capacity allows the operator to sustain output through the busiest periods without frequent deliveries, supporting smooth and efficient operation across large pours and tight schedules.
Installed, Tested and Handed Over
Constmach completed the project as a full turnkey delivery: the plant was installed, trial production was carried out, and the customer's operator was trained to run it properly. This careful commissioning ensures the Mobile 120 performs to specification from the first batch and that the team can maintain quality and output independently.
A Trusted Partner for Major Projects
With five plants now operating in Hungary, Constmach has firmly established itself as a dependable partner for the country's construction sector. The high-capacity Mobile 120 is well suited to the largest projects in the region. Constmach wishes its client a successful business and looks forward to completing the further installation already planned in Hungary.
High Capacity for Hungary's Largest Projects
With its 4,500/3,000-litre mixer and three 100-tonne silos, this Mobile 120 is built for serious volume, making it well suited to the largest construction works in Hungary. The combination of high output and full mobility lets the customer deploy major production capacity quickly and relocate it as priorities shift. As part of a growing fleet of Constmach plants in the country, it benefits from established local support, ensuring dependable performance on even the most demanding schedules.

What Are the Components of an Asphalt Plant? What Do They Do?
An asphalt plant consists of cold feed bins that dose the aggregate, a burner-fired drying drum that dries and heats it, a hot elevator and screen that lift and separate the hot material, weigh hoppers and a twin-shaft mixer that blend it with bitumen and mineral filler, heated bitumen tanks and a filler silo that supply those binders, a baghouse that captures dust, a storage silo that holds the finished mix, and a control cabin that manages the whole plant.

What Is an Asphalt Plant? How Does It Work Step by Step?
An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that dries and heats aggregates, then blends them with bitumen and mineral filler in precise proportions to produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). The process runs step by step: cold feed dosing, drying in a burner-fired drum, screening and weighing, mixing, and finally storage or truck load-out. Mixing takes place at roughly 140-180°C, and plants are built as batch (discrete) or drum (continuous) types.
