The Mobile 100 is designed to combine the productivity of a stationary batching plant with the flexibility of a fully mobile system. With a production capacity of 100 m³/h, the plant enables contractors to manufacture fresh concrete directly on-site, eliminating unnecessary transportation costs while ensuring a continuous and reliable concrete supply. This mobility makes it particularly suitable for infrastructure developments, industrial facilities, and large commercial projects throughout Spain.
Advanced Mixing Technology for Consistent Results
At the heart of the plant is the CTS-2 3000/2000 twin-shaft mixer, engineered to deliver intensive mixing performance and uniform concrete quality in every batch. Its robust construction ensures reliable operation under continuous production, while the high-efficiency mixing action produces homogeneous concrete that meets demanding project specifications. The result is consistent performance, faster production cycles, and improved overall plant efficiency.
Optimized Material Handling and Cement Storage
The installation incorporates a well-balanced material handling system designed to maximize productivity. Equipped with two 50-ton external cement silos, supported by integrated internal cement storage, the plant offers both high storage capacity and operational flexibility. An efficient pre-feeding system continuously supplies aggregates to the batching unit, reducing waiting times and maintaining uninterrupted production throughout long working shifts.

One of the Mobile 100's greatest advantages is its ability to be installed quickly and relocated whenever project requirements change.
