Constmach has taken its Mobile 100 mobile concrete plant into operation for a customer in Poland — the company's second concrete plant in the country. Combining high output with full mobility, the Mobile 100 gives the customer a powerful and flexible solution for producing concrete directly on site.

A Growing Presence in Poland

Reaching a second plant in Poland reflects the confidence the customer has placed in Constmach technology after seeing its reliability and production quality. The Polish construction market is active and competitive, and a dependable, high-capacity plant gives the customer a solid platform to win and deliver demanding projects. The relationship also brings the benefits of familiar equipment and consistent support.

High-Capacity Twin-Shaft Mixing

The plant is built around a 3000/2000 twin-shaft mixer, delivering fast, homogeneous mixing and consistent concrete quality at high output. The twin-shaft design is known for its intensive mixing action and durability, ensuring the plant produces concrete to specification batch after batch, even during continuous operation on busy construction sites.

Reliable Cement Storage and Feeding

Cement supply is handled by two bolted-type cement silos of 60 tonnes each, providing ample on-site storage for uninterrupted production. A prefeeding system further streamlines aggregate handling, keeping the mixing process fed efficiently during high-volume work. Together these systems support smooth, continuous operation across large pours and demanding schedules.

Mobility with Full Capability

As a mobile plant, the Mobile 100 combines the productivity of a full batching plant with the convenience of a transportable system. It can be installed comparatively quickly and relocated as projects evolve, allowing the customer to bring concrete production directly to the work. This flexibility is a key advantage in a market where contractors often move between sites.

Installed, Tested and Ready

Constmach completed the project as a full turnkey delivery: the plant was installed, trial production was carried out, and the customer's operator was trained to run it properly. This careful commissioning ensures the Mobile 100 performs to specification from the first batch. Constmach wishes its client a successful business and looks forward to supporting further projects across Poland.

Productivity for a Competitive Market

The Polish construction market rewards reliability and efficiency, and a second Mobile 100 gives the customer the productive capacity to compete strongly. The high-output twin-shaft mixer, ample cement storage and prefeeding system together support continuous, high-volume production with consistent quality. Because the plant is mobile, the customer can also redeploy it to follow major projects rather than being tied to a single location. This combination of capacity, quality and flexibility helps the customer meet demanding deadlines and strengthens their position as a dependable concrete producer in the region.

What Are the Components of an Asphalt Plant? What Do They Do?

An asphalt plant consists of cold feed bins that dose the aggregate, a burner-fired drying drum that dries and heats it, a hot elevator and screen that lift and separate the hot material, weigh hoppers and a twin-shaft mixer that blend it with bitumen and mineral filler, heated bitumen tanks and a filler silo that supply those binders, a baghouse that captures dust, a storage silo that holds the finished mix, and a control cabin that manages the whole plant.

What Is an Asphalt Plant? How Does It Work Step by Step?

An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that dries and heats aggregates, then blends them with bitumen and mineral filler in precise proportions to produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). The process runs step by step: cold feed dosing, drying in a burner-fired drum, screening and weighing, mixing, and finally storage or truck load-out. Mixing takes place at roughly 140-180°C, and plants are built as batch (discrete) or drum (continuous) types.
