Constmach has taken its Mobicom 30 mobile concrete plant into operation for a customer in Senegal — the first Constmach concrete plant commissioned in the country. Quality Pan Mixing

At the core of the plant is a 750/500 CPM-0.5 pan mixer, valued for its thorough, uniform mixing action. This gives the customer confidence that the plant will deliver dependable concrete quality across a range of applications.

Generous, Flexible Cement Supply

The plant is equipped with two bolted-type cement silos of 50 tonnes each, providing substantial on-site storage for continuous production. A big-bag feeding system adds further flexibility, allowing the operator to use bagged cement when convenient. This combination ensures a steady cement supply and keeps production running smoothly regardless of supply conditions.

Installed, Tested and Handed Over

Constmach completed the project as a full turnkey delivery: the plant was installed, trial production was carried out, and the customer's operator was trained to run it properly.
