CONSTMACH Mobicom 30 Compact Concrete Batching Plant Shipped to Kuwait

AuthorConstmachPublishedOctober 20, 2019Constmach has shipped its Mobicom 30 compact concrete batching plant to a customer in Kuwait, a delivery set to become the company's first working plant in the country. Built around a quality planetary mixer and fitted with a cement bag opening hopper, the plant will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days, marking an important first step in the Kuwaiti market.
A First Plant in Kuwait
This delivery will become the first Constmach plant to enter operation in Kuwait, an important milestone for the company in the Gulf region. The Kuwaiti construction market offers strong opportunities, and establishing a first reference here demonstrates the customer's confidence in Constmach equipment. It also lays the groundwork for further growth across the Middle East.
Compact and Mobile Design
The Mobicom 30 brings the essentials of a batching plant together in a compact, transportable unit that can be installed quickly. For sites where space is limited or rapid mobilisation is required, this compact design is a clear advantage. The operator can establish production with minimal site preparation and relocate the plant as work moves between locations.
Quality Planetary Mixing
At the heart of the plant is a 750/500 CPM-0.5 planetary mixer, known for its thorough and uniform mixing action. Planetary mixers are especially effective for high-quality and precast concrete, ensuring each batch is homogeneous and consistent. This gives the customer in Kuwait confidence that the plant will meet the quality standards expected on its projects.
Cement Bag Opening Hopper
The plant is equipped with a cement bag opening hopper, allowing the operator to charge cement directly from bags into the batching process. This is a practical solution where bagged cement is the preferred or most readily available supply, removing the need for a separate bulk silo on a compact site. The hopper supports a clean, efficient feed of binder, helping to keep production running smoothly while keeping handling simple and the working area tidy.
Professional on-Site Installation
The plant will be installed and commissioned by Constmach supervisors, ensuring it is set up correctly and runs efficiently from the outset. On-site supervision reduces the risk of installation errors and helps the customer reach full production quickly. This hands-on commissioning support is an important part of the service Constmach provides to its international clients.
Strengthening Constmach in Kuwait
This shipment reflects Constmach's commitment to expanding into new markets and supporting customers with compact, dependable concrete production. As its first plant in Kuwait is installed, the company will share further updates, and it looks forward to building a strong and lasting presence in the Kuwaiti construction sector.

What Are the Components of an Asphalt Plant? What Do They Do?
An asphalt plant consists of cold feed bins that dose the aggregate, a burner-fired drying drum that dries and heats it, a hot elevator and screen that lift and separate the hot material, weigh hoppers and a twin-shaft mixer that blend it with bitumen and mineral filler, heated bitumen tanks and a filler silo that supply those binders, a baghouse that captures dust, a storage silo that holds the finished mix, and a control cabin that manages the whole plant.

What Is an Asphalt Plant? How Does It Work Step by Step?
An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that dries and heats aggregates, then blends them with bitumen and mineral filler in precise proportions to produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). The process runs step by step: cold feed dosing, drying in a burner-fired drum, screening and weighing, mixing, and finally storage or truck load-out. Mixing takes place at roughly 140-180°C, and plants are built as batch (discrete) or drum (continuous) types.
