Constmach has commissioned another Mobile 100 concrete batching plant for a customer in Spain — the third Constmach concrete plant taken into operation in the country. The continued demand from Spanish contractors highlights the reliability and production quality that have become hallmarks of the company's batching plants.

The Third Plant in a Growing Market

Reaching a third commissioned plant in Spain reflects steadily building trust in Constmach technology, and the momentum is set to continue, with further installations planned in the near future. Each new project strengthens the company's reference base and demonstrates the consistent results customers achieve with its equipment.

Strong Mixing Performance

This plant features a 4,500/3,000-litre CTS-3 twin-shaft mixer, a high-capacity unit that produces large, uniform batches of concrete with each cycle. The twin-shaft configuration is well known for its intensive mixing action and durability, ensuring high-quality output even under continuous, heavy-duty operation.

Reliable Cement Storage

Cement is stored in two horizontal-type cement silos of 75 tonnes each. Horizontal silos are particularly practical where height is restricted or where easier transport and faster on-site assembly are required, giving the customer flexible, dependable cement supply to match the plant's output.

Turnkey Delivery and Ongoing Support

As with every Constmach project, the Mobile 100 was delivered as a complete solution covering manufacturing, shipment, installation and operator training. This end-to-end approach allows customers to move quickly from delivery to full production. Constmach wishes its client a successful business and a long, productive service life from the plant, and looks forward to completing the additional installations already scheduled for the Spanish market.

Designed for Fast Deployment

Although it offers the output of a full batching plant, the Mobile 100 is engineered for comparatively quick installation and start-up. Its pre-assembled modules and transportable layout allow Constmach supervisors to bring the plant into production faster than a conventional fixed installation, getting the customer's operation running sooner. This deployment speed, combined with high mixing capacity, makes the Mobile 100 a particularly attractive choice for contractors who need to scale up concrete supply quickly to meet project deadlines — and it is a key reason demand for these plants continues to grow across the Spanish market.

Consistent Quality for Spanish Projects

As the third Constmach plant commissioned in Spain, this Mobile 100 reflects the steady confidence Spanish contractors place in the company's technology. Its high-capacity CTS-3 twin-shaft mixer delivers large, uniform batches, while the horizontal cement silos provide practical, dependable storage where height or transport is a consideration. With further installations already planned, the plant is part of a clear pattern of repeat business, giving the customer proven performance and the reassurance of working with an established, well-supported supplier.

What Are the Components of an Asphalt Plant? What Do They Do?

An asphalt plant consists of cold feed bins that dose the aggregate, a burner-fired drying drum that dries and heats it, a hot elevator and screen that lift and separate the hot material, weigh hoppers and a twin-shaft mixer that blend it with bitumen and mineral filler, heated bitumen tanks and a filler silo that supply those binders, a baghouse that captures dust, a storage silo that holds the finished mix, and a control cabin that manages the whole plant.

What Is an Asphalt Plant? How Does It Work Step by Step?

An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that dries and heats aggregates, then blends them with bitumen and mineral filler in precise proportions to produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). The process runs step by step: cold feed dosing, drying in a burner-fired drum, screening and weighing, mixing, and finally storage or truck load-out. Mixing takes place at roughly 140-180°C, and plants are built as batch (discrete) or drum (continuous) types.
