CONSTMACH 150 tph Crushing & Screening Plant Installed in Cameroon

AuthorConstmachPublishedNovember 05, 2019Constmach has installed a 150 tph capacity stone crushing and screening plant for a customer in Cameroon, adding a complete, high-output aggregate-production line to the country's construction sector. The plant brings together proven crushing and screening equipment to turn raw stone into well-graded material for concrete and construction projects.
A 150 tph Production Line
With a capacity of 150 tons per hour, the plant is sized to supply a steady, commercial volume of aggregate. It is configured as a coordinated line in which material flows continuously from crushing through screening to stockpiling, giving the customer a dependable, high-throughput source of processed stone to support ongoing projects across the region.
Strong Primary and Secondary Crushing
The line is built around a CJC-90 jaw crusher for primary reduction, followed by a Metso HP 200 cone crusher for secondary crushing. The jaw crusher breaks down large feed material into manageable sizes, while the high-performance cone crusher refines it further, improving both capacity and particle shape. This pairing delivers efficient, reliable reduction of hard stone into quality aggregate.
Precise Screening and Classification
A CVS-2050 vibrating screen classifies the crushed material into precise size fractions, ensuring the finished products meet specification. Accurate screening is essential for producing aggregate suitable for concrete and asphalt, and the multi-deck screen allows the customer to separate several product sizes in a single pass, maximising the value extracted from each tonne of raw feed.
Integrated Material Handling
The plant includes feeding hoppers together with feeding, feedback and stock conveyors that tie the whole system together. These conveyors move material smoothly between stages, return oversize for re-crushing and build organised stockpiles of finished product. This integrated handling keeps the line running efficiently, reduces manual effort and helps the operator maintain steady, uninterrupted production.
Supporting Construction in Cameroon
By delivering a complete crushing and screening solution, Constmach gives its customer in Cameroon a reliable foundation for aggregate supply. The company managed the project from manufacturing and shipment through to on-site assembly by its staff. Constmach wishes its client a successful business and looks forward to supporting the country's construction and infrastructure development with dependable, high-quality equipment.
A Foundation for Regional Supply
With its 150 tph capacity and integrated handling, the plant gives the customer the means to become a dependable regional supplier of aggregate. Consistent, well-graded products are essential for quality concrete and asphalt, and the line's combination of jaw and cone crushing with accurate screening ensures the finished material meets specification. The organised stockpiling provided by the conveyor system also makes loading and dispatch efficient. As construction activity grows across the region, this reliable production capacity positions the customer to meet rising demand and build long-term commercial relationships with confidence.

What Are the Components of an Asphalt Plant? What Do They Do?
An asphalt plant consists of cold feed bins that dose the aggregate, a burner-fired drying drum that dries and heats it, a hot elevator and screen that lift and separate the hot material, weigh hoppers and a twin-shaft mixer that blend it with bitumen and mineral filler, heated bitumen tanks and a filler silo that supply those binders, a baghouse that captures dust, a storage silo that holds the finished mix, and a control cabin that manages the whole plant.

What Is an Asphalt Plant? How Does It Work Step by Step?
An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that dries and heats aggregates, then blends them with bitumen and mineral filler in precise proportions to produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). The process runs step by step: cold feed dosing, drying in a burner-fired drum, screening and weighing, mixing, and finally storage or truck load-out. Mixing takes place at roughly 140-180°C, and plants are built as batch (discrete) or drum (continuous) types.
