MOBILE 120 Fully Galvanized Concrete Batching Plant Now in Poland

CONSTMACH Mobile 120 m³/h Concrete Batching Plant has been successfully installed in Poland and has now started production. With this new project, we continue to strengthen and expand our presence in the Polish market.

This plant has been manufactured with a fully galvanized steel structure. Galvanization is a protective process in which steel components are coated with a layer of zinc. This zinc coating acts as a barrier against corrosion, moisture, rain, snow and changing weather conditions, significantly extending the service life of the steel structure. It also helps reduce long-term maintenance requirements, making a fully galvanized plant particularly advantageous for outdoor installations and demanding climatic conditions such as those experienced in Poland.

With a production capacity of up to 120 m³ of concrete per hour, the Mobile 120 is designed for large-scale projects requiring continuous and efficient concrete production. Its mobile design enables easier transportation and installation compared with conventional stationary plants, while its robust structure, high-capacity aggregate handling system, precise weighing components and automated control system ensure consistent concrete quality and efficient operation.

The fully galvanized configuration combines high production capacity, mobility, corrosion resistance and long service life, providing an effective solution for contractors and concrete producers looking for reliable performance over many years.
