CONSTMACH Stationary 120 Concrete Batching Plant in Kosovo

CONSTMACH continues to deliver trusted concrete production solutions to projects around the world. One of our Stationary 120 Concrete Batching Plants is now serving our customer in Kosovo, providing a strong and efficient solution for high-capacity concrete production.

With a production capacity of 120 m³/h, the Stationary 120 is designed especially for projects that require continuous and long-term concrete production. The plant is equipped with a 3 m³ twin-shaft mixer, ensuring efficient mixing and consistent concrete quality even under demanding operating conditions.

The plant features a 4 x 30 m³ aggregate hopper, 4.5 m³ aggregate weighing hopper, 1,800 kg cement weighing hopper, 1,000-liter water weighing hopper and 50-liter additive weighing hopper. Its total installed motor power is 205 kW, while the complete plant operates through a fully automatic control system with PLC-based automation.
