CONSTMACH MOBILE 120 mobile type Concrete batching plant requires a minimum site preparation. Just a flat ground that is capable to carry the total load of the plant is enough.
Twinshaft mixers with 3 m3 wet concrete volume are used in MOBILE 120 concrete batching plants.
Unlike other mobile concrete plants, MOBILE 120 does not have internal cement silo on its body. External cement silos which have stock capacity from 75 to 500 tonnes can be used together with this model. If the cement is supplied in bags, the cement is filled to the silos easily by means of a big bag opening and silo charging systems which are integrated to MOBILE 120.
Aggregate pre-feeding systems are our alternative solutions to the loading ramps which are necessary for charging the hoppers by loaders. In case of using aggregate pre-feeding systems, requirement of loading ramp is removed.
MOBILE 120 is equipped with high-tech automation system including top class SIEMENS & SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and PLC. The whole system is controlled through an advanced software which has sophisticated features and user friendly interface.
Overall dimensions of MOBILE 120 are determined according to international road transport regulations and it is transported between jobsites easily.
